The Regulatory Quality Index is a toolkit to measure the quality of the laws produced in a country; implemented in Greece in 2018 and adjusted for Bulgaria and Turkey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some key questions that are to be discussed are: Is better regulation compatible with the rule of law? What is the quality of regulation in Greece for 2018?  Which are the main challenges of the regulatory framework in Turkey and Bulgaria?
