On Sunday, December 15th, KEFiM organized its first Liberal Master Class. The event took place at Impact Hub Athens and exceeded 100 participants in total.

Part Α | Liberal Master Class with Steven Horwitz “What Austrian Economics Is and Is Not” [ENG]
Steven Horwitz is a senior affiliated scholar with the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, Distinguished Professor of Free Enterprise at Ball State University, and director of the Insitute for the Study of Political Economy at Ball State University. Horwitz is also a senior fellow at the Fraser Institute in Canada and a distinguished scholar at the Foundation for Economic Education. He is the author of three books, Monetary Evolution, Free Banking, and Economic Order , Microfoundations and Macroeconomics: An Austrian Perspective, and Hayek’s Modern Family: Classical Liberalism and the Evolution of Social Institutions.

Sarah Skwire is a senior fellow at Liberty Fund, Inc. She is a poet and author of the writing textbook Writing with a Thesis. She is a member of the FEE Faculty Network.

Aristides Hatzis is a Professor of Philosophy of Law & Theory of Institutions at the University of Athens and a member of the “Greece 2021” Committee. He is KEFiM’s Director of Research and Project Leader of our
“Bicentennial of the Liberal Revolution” educational program.
