The famous, Pulitzer prized historian, writer and pollical columnist, Anne Applebaum, found herself in Greece these days and participated in two meetings organized by KEFiM, where she talked to young people and representatives of the ideas of freedom in Greece.
Anne Applebaum has written extensively on Communism and civil society issues in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as on propaganda and deliberate propagation of false information in the digital age.
She is today one of the most important voices of criticism in emerging populism and authoritarianism, with her books and articles provoking intense conversations every time.
