[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=”main-text”]Louisa is an experienced communications and media relations strategist with an expertise in public policy. At the Niskanen Center, she builds and leverages strong working relationships to create, conceptualize, and secure high-quality media placements.
She previously worked at PR and advertising agency CRAFT Media/Digital, where she built and managed communications campaigns for a diverse portfolio of corporate, association, and nonprofit clients. She has also worked at the Cato Institute, first as an intern and later as a full-time member of the media team.
Prior to switching gears towards media relations, Louisa was a journalism intern at the Associated Press in Athens, Greece, and for the Athens News (Greece’s only English-language newspaper at the time). She also worked as a Capitol Hill reporter for a personal care trade publication.
Louisa received her BA in English Literature from the University of Virginia, and an M.S. in Communications from Drexel University.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
