The first round of the Leadership Policy Seminars, the new initiative undertaken by KEFiM as part of its educational activities program was completed successfully on Wednesday and aims at an intensive, interdisciplinary approach to issues of political reflection and political practice.
At this first Seminar, KEFIM had the pleasure of having as a host, Christopher Lingle, a Ph.D. in economics at the University of Georgia, who has taught at universities in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the United States, while Alexander Skouras, Christos Kostis and Giorgos Archontas, also took part in the presentations.
During the seminar, key issues related to the political economy, political science, the Austrian School of Economics, and political management were developed to enhance the participants’ understanding of the process of making public policy and the possibility of actively taking part in it, through the deepening of the fundamental concepts of the philosophy of individual freedom.
The highly positive response of the participants, whose participation fees were covered thanks to the generosity of KEFiM members, was a catalyst for the continuation of this initiative, with new seminars to be announced soon.
